Thank you for choosing to remain a valuable part of the RYM Media Street Team at the Entry Access level. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions specific to your participation at this level before submitting this form. By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions in addition to the terms of your original Third-Party Sales Agreement (or equivalent).
Terms and Conditions for Entry Access Level:
Adherence to Original Agreement: As an Entry Access member, you continue to be bound by all the terms and conditions outlined in your original Third-Party Sales Agreement with RYM Media.
Coverage Submission Process for RYM Magazine (Optional): While not required, if you wish for any coverage (reviews, reports, etc.) of events you attend to be considered for publication by RYM Magazine, you are welcome to submit your work directly to our Editorial Team for review. Standard editorial guidelines and approval processes will apply.
Editorial Review and Approval: All submitted coverage requests for RYM Magazine will be reviewed by our Editorial Team. Approval for publication is at the sole discretion of the editorial team.
Submission Deadline for RYM Magazine: If you choose to submit content for RYM Magazine, please note that specific deadlines may apply, and it is your responsibility to adhere to those guidelines as communicated by the Editorial Team. The 72-hour deadline mentioned previously pertains to general event coverage requests, not necessarily formal submissions to RYM Magazine.
Limited Event Access: As an Entry Access member, your access will primarily be limited to general admission events and lower-tier events, such as basic concert review tickets.
No Interview or Exclusive Access: You will not be granted access to any interviews (artist, VIP, etc.), exclusive events, productions, VIP events, or Media Company-specific events. While you may be permitted to attend such events if your own credentials allow, your status as an Entry Access member does not grant you any special access or privileges at these events.
Event Opportunity Updates: All available event opportunities for Entry Access members will be communicated solely via email updates. Please ensure you regularly monitor your email for these notifications.
By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above for the Entry Access level of the RYM Media Street Team, in addition to your existing agreement.
