We are deeply saddened to see you choose to opt-out of our RYM Media Street Team. We understand that circumstances change, and we respect your decision.
Please carefully read the following information and terms before submitting this form. By proceeding with the opt-out process, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions outlined below.
Important Information Regarding Your Opt-Out:
Non-Disclosure of Company Information: By opting out, you are explicitly agreeing not to share any confidential or proprietary company information that was shared with you during your time as a member of our street team. Any disclosure of such information to third parties will result in you being held liable and potentially facing legal action, including a lawsuit.
Cessation of Rights and Brand Usage: Upon your departure from the RYM Media Street Team, you are no longer permitted to use anything related to RYM Media or HGD Media Group (or any affiliated entities) in any manner. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to obtain interviews, access events, or any other opportunities associated with our company. Using our brand, logos, trademarks, or any other intellectual property for personal gain or access after opting out is strictly prohibited and will result in potential legal action.
Removal from Communications: Moving forward, you will be removed from all correspondence related to the RYM Media Street Team. This includes notifications about future opportunities, events, and general team updates.
Future Reapplication Process: Should you wish to rejoin the RYM Media Street Team in the future, you are welcome to reapply. However, your application will be subject to a thorough review by the media company's management team, who will determine whether or not to reinstate your membership. There is no guarantee of re-acceptance.
Please Read the Following Terms and Conditions Carefully. By submitting this form, you agree to the following:
Termination of Agreement: You understand that upon submission of this form, your Third-Party Sales Agreement (or equivalent agreement outlining your participation in the street team) with RYM Media will be terminated.
Cessation of Rights: You acknowledge that upon termination, you will no longer have any right or authorization to represent RYM Media or utilize any materials, resources, branding, logos, trademarks, or any other intellectual property belonging to RYM Media or its affiliates (including HGD Media Group).
Prohibition of Use: You are strictly prohibited from using any information, materials, or resources related to RYM Media that were provided to you during the term of your involvement. Any unauthorized use of RYM Media's intellectual property after the termination of this agreement will make you liable for legal action, including but not limited to a lawsuit seeking damages and injunctive relief.
Confidentiality: You acknowledge that all information you have acquired during your time as a Street Team member, whether explicitly marked as confidential or not, is proprietary to RYM Media. You are strictly prohibited from disclosing, sharing, or utilizing any such information with any third party. Any unauthorized disclosure or use of RYM Media's confidential information will make you liable for legal action, including but not limited to a lawsuit seeking damages and injunctive relief.
