RYM Media Street Team: Opt-In - Event Explorer

Thank you for your interest in elevating your involvement with the RYM Media Street Team to the Event Explorer Level. This level offers expanded opportunities for engagement and contribution. Please carefully read the following requirements and information before submitting your application.

Opportunities at the Event Explorer Level:

As an Event Explorer Level member, you will have access to all the opportunities available at the Entry Access Level, plus the following:

  • Virtual Interviews: Permission to conduct virtual interviews for RYM Media, including RYM Magazine and our online publications.

  • Direct Q&A (Email/Phone): Opportunity to conduct direct Q&A interviews via email or phone for RYM Media outlets.

  • Enhanced Event Access: General access to events, with potential opportunities to obtain meet-and-greet access and VIP access to select events as they become available to the company.

Requirements for Event Explorer Level:

  • Compliance with Existing Agreement: You will continue to be bound by all terms and conditions outlined in your original Third-Party Sales Agreement (or equivalent) with RYM Media.

  • Monthly Content Contribution: You are required to have at least one (1) article published under your name in RYM Magazine each month. The nature of the article (interview, review, feature, etc.) will be determined in collaboration with the Editorial Team.

  • Mandatory Training: Successful applicants will be required to complete the following training modules:

    • Writing Training: To ensure quality and adherence to RYM Media's style guidelines.

    • Proposal Submission Training: To learn the correct procedures for submitting article and interview proposals.

    • Field Training (General Access, Meet & Greet Code of Conduct): To understand professional conduct and guidelines when representing RYM Media at events.

Application and Onboarding Process:

  1. Submit Application: Complete and submit this Event Explorer Level Application Form.

  2. Training Enrollment: Upon initial approval of your application, you will be enrolled in the mandatory training modules.

  3. Training Completion and Approval: You must successfully complete all required training. Your performance during training will be evaluated.

  4. Final Review: Upon completion of training, your application will undergo a final review by the management team.

  5. Acceptance into Event Explorer Level: If your application is approved after the final review, you will be officially accepted into the Event Explorer Level and will begin receiving related opportunities and assignments.

  6. Non-Approval: If your application is not approved, you will remain at the Entry Access Level and are welcome to reapply for the Event Explorer Level within 60 to 90 days.

Opt-Out After Acceptance:

If, after being accepted into the Event Explorer Level, you decide you wish to opt out of the RYM Media Street Team entirely, you must inform us of your decision in writing. Upon receipt of your written notification, we will proceed with the standard opt-out procedures as previously outlined.

By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the requirements and process for the Event Explorer Level.
