Any unauthorized use of RYM Media's intellectual property after the termination of this agreement will make you liable for legal action, including but not limited to a lawsuit seeking damages and injunctive relief. - Confidentiality: You acknowledge that all information you have acquired during your time as a Third-Party Sales Partner, whether explicitly marked as confidential or not, is proprietary to RYM Media. You are strictly prohibited from disclosing, sharing, or utilizing any such information with any third party. Any unauthorized disclosure or use of RYM Media's confidential information will make you liable for legal action, including but not limited to a lawsuit seeking damages and injunctive relief.
