Terms and Conditions

By participating in any event, activity, or engagement with RYM Media (referred to as "Participation"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk:

I understand and acknowledge that my Participation with RYM Media may involve certain risks, including but not limited to: physical injury, property damage, accidents, exposure to communicable diseases, emotional distress, and other unforeseen circumstances. I voluntarily assume all such risks, both known and unknown, associated with my Participation. I understand that these risks may result from my own actions, the actions of others, or the conditions of the environment where the Participation takes place.

2. Release of Liability:

In consideration of being permitted to participate with RYM Media, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue RYM Media, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, representatives, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to my Participation, including but not limited to any injury, loss, or damage sustained by me or my property, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise. This release includes, without limitation, any claims for personal injury, property damage, wrongful death, or any other loss.

3. Indemnification:

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way related to my Participation, including but not limited to any claims made by third parties as a result of my actions or inactions during my Participation.

4. Media Release (If Applicable to the Participation):

I hereby grant RYM Media the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, film, videotape, record, and otherwise capture my image, likeness, voice, and performance during my Participation and to use, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, and display such media in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to promotional, educational, and commercial purposes, without any further consent from or payment to me. I understand that RYM Media shall have the exclusive right to own and exploit such media.

5. Medical Treatment:

In the event of any injury or illness during my Participation, I hereby authorize RYM Media or its representatives to obtain or provide necessary medical treatment for me. I agree to be responsible for all costs associated with such medical treatment.

6. Governing Law:

This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert Relevant State, e.g., California]. Any legal action arising out of or relating to this Waiver shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in [Insert Relevant County/Jurisdiction].

7. Severability:

If any provision of this Waiver is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless continue in full force and effect.

8. Entire Agreement:

This Waiver constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

9. Acknowledgement and Agreement:

By participating in any activity with RYM Media, I acknowledge that I have carefully read and fully understand all the terms and conditions of this Liability Waiver and that I am voluntarily agreeing to be bound by them.
